The information you provide will be used exactly as entered in this form for the show and website. The published phone number you provide will be used in the show program and on our show website and any other show correspondence. Completed registration form with payment is subject to final approval by show producers and reserves booth space and inclusion in the directory. Completion of this form does NOT guarantee approval for the show as we do limit certain categories to maximum numbers and some categories have exclusive display status. Space is rented on a first come first serve basis with payment and contract. Exhibitor fee includes 12-month listing on our website (if doing combo package or 6-month with one show) and transmittal of new leads from website and show registrations based on your participation and while your listing is active. The leads and registration information is provided for exhibitor use only and remains the property of Tri-Cities Bridal Show. Completion of this form and submission of payment in any form is your electronic signature and verification that you are agreeing to the show rules. PLEASE READ RULES and contract details. (Click for Policies & Rules Page) Each booth space (10′ x 9′) includes one (1) unskirted & uncovered 8′ table. All linens and booth decor are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
