MEET DR. JACKSON
Richard E. Jackson, M.D. is a licensed physician in Tennessee, and previously was licensed in several states in the Northeast where he lived for many years. In addition to his work at Changes Medical Spa & Laser Center, Dr. Jackson provides expert medical reviews for the national offices of MetLife and other managed care review organizations. He is on staff at several local hospitals in the Tri-Cities area.
A graduate of The University of Southern Illinois’ College of Medicine, Dr. Jackson completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Jackson is Board-Certified and has held medical director positions with United Behavioral Health and with Cigna Behavioral Health, and served as Medical Director and Chief of Staff for the state hospital in Tennessee. In recent years, Dr. Jackson has added aesthetic medicine to his professional medical specialties, receiving education and training in aesthetics and laser procedures at the National Laser Center in Arizona, and with Harvard University in Boston.
He is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Tennessee Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Medical Association, and Tennessee Medical Association. Dr. Jackson’s patients appreciate his holistic approach, and he enjoys helping his patients look and feel their best.
